Prajatantra 2023 - National Youth Festival
Ms. Irad Mansoori (SYBLS-LLB) has secured the second prize in op-ed writing in the prestigious Prajatantara competition. The competition is organized by the Praja Foundation and National Institute of Urban Affairs and supported by the UN-Habitat and Friedrich Naumann Foundation. The theme for this year was Inclusive and Participatory Urban Economies. Prajatantra is a cluster of various competitions and aims to provide insight into how the cities can be governed at the local level. In this year’s edition of Prajatantara, more than 2000 students from 26 states and 6 union territories participated in the competition.
